Junior Software Engineer

Vindi / LWSA

Develop and maintain payment applications across Rails 4 through 7, balancing new work with the stability of existing flows. Investigate production issues with New Relic and Sentry, trace failures through the application, and cover changes with automated tests. Work with a cross-functional team to plan and deliver changes in sprints, with AWS and Terraform as part of the delivery environment.

Codengage

Contributed across seven teams, with Ruby on Rails as my primary stack. Built and maintained Rails features from PostgreSQL models and REST APIs to reactive interfaces with Turbo and Stimulus. Used Sidekiq and Redis for background processing and wrote automated tests with RSpec and Minitest. Also maintained PHP/Laravel applications, developed Python services, and integrated industrial scales for real-time data validation.
